I don't know about you guys, but lately it's been feeling like summer's trying to beat spring to the punch-- ummm, thanks global warming. And naturally, that's got me thinking about all things frozen and delicious. So what ice cream or popsicle treat do you dream about scarfing down when the going gets hot?

Strawberry Shortcake
I don’t usually care to mix fruit with my desserts so I avoided this for a longg time. Then I was forced to have one (it was the only dessert available) and omg HEAVEN! These are to die for. I haven’t had one in years, but now that I’m drooling, I might have to go on a search for them right now. Yummm.

Unfortunately named for those who lisp, the It’s-It is the best thing to come out of San Francisco since the fortune cookie. A chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich which has then been dipped in chocolate, the Its-It is pure heaven. Google and YouTube employees have access to all the free It’s-It sandwiches can eat (hence the Google shout-out on the wrapper). Bastards.
