Culinary Boot Camp is a crash course designed to teach you all of the fundamental techniques and skills used by the pros. The perfect holiday gift for your favorite foodie. The series will be taught by Parties That Cook Executive chef, Tanya Rogow. Tanya has been cooking and teaching professionally for 10+ years. During her stint at the Food Network, she worked with and learned from chefs such as Wolfgang Puck, Bobby Flay and Emeril Lagasse. Her restaurant training is attributed primarily to Mitchell and Steven Rosenthal (of Town Hall fame) at Postrio restaurant. The Culinary Boot Camp Series also includes: Basic Knife Skills and Butchery - January 4th Elements of Seasoning - January 11th Basic Cooking Technique - January 18th Classic Sauce Making - January 25th $135 per class ($500 whole series)
