Every town has at least a few homeowners who take decorating their yards to another level. Many of these people are artists, but a few of them I can imagine being featured in an episode of Animal Police. You know the type: 90-years-old, dementia, and hording enough stray cats for their homes to be considered fire hazards. A melange of styles and materials make up the photo-set below. Artists, photographers and fans of the bizarre should enjoy the examples featured.
