Join Parties That Cook at this exciting hands-on cooking class featuring a delicious all-vegetarian menu! You'll learn cooking techniques, eat delectable food and mingle with other guests. Guests are greeted at the door with a nibble and a nametag. After an introductory cooking lesson featuring tips like the fastest way to dice an onion without a tear, guests are broken into cooking teams to work on recipes from the evening's menu. You'll learn to master new dishes, all while listening to upbeat music and having fun in the kitchen. When the cooking is over, the group will come together to savor the 'fruits' of their labor. After the event, copies of the recipes and digital photos will be emailed to the group. Please bring a bottle of wine to share with the group.
