Most Depressing Movies Ever
These movies make you want to take a bath with a toaster....
Schindler's List
It makes you feel like a bad person because you can’t do anything about this movie. It gets extra points for being true.
Bambi
This movie is for children and all I have to say is who thought it was a good idea. Here’s a good movie kids: You like Bambi? You like Bambi and it’s mom? Let’s see Bambi’s mom get shot. I still haven’t finished watching it.
American History X
This movie is amazing and I recommend it just be prepared to feel like shit afterwards.
City of God
This movie is really upsetting but it’s a must see. This is a movie that you are continuously saying “Oh My God! I can’t believe that just happened.”
AI (artificial intelligence)
This movie was extremely depressing and long. SO basically it was like hell that I paid for.
Bridge to Terabithia
I thought this would be a cute and fun movie for the kids. You know a movie full of fantasy and adventure but the little girl dies!!! Are you kidding me how depressing was that?
I've got a list:
I happen to love sad movies, I’m a masochist like that:
1. Pay it Forward
2. Boys Don’t Cry
3. Fried Green Tomatoes
4. Simon Birch
5. Finding Neverland
6. Forest Gump
7. Where the Red Fern Grows
8. Beaches
9. Sophie’s Choice
10. Life is Beautiful
Steel Magnolias
I don’t know what it is about this movie, but I just lose it when Shelby dies.
American Beauty
A guy mopes around, alienates his family, smokes pot, fantasizes about an underaged girl, and then right when he starts to get things right he gets his brains blown out. The feel-good hit of the century!
Streep. De Niro. Walken. Depressed, industrial American town. Dingy bars. Vietnam. You will be depressed for days and possibly even weeks if you watch this movie. I wasn’t man enough to make it through to the end. The roulette scene did me in.
